Yes. PARCS is an authorized Kubota dealer with Kubota stores in both Salem and Morgantown, WV, selling Kubota compact, utility, and agricultural tractors, mowers, and construction equipment.

5. Is PARCS an authorized New Holland dealer?

Yes. PARCS sells New Holland Agriculture and New Holland Construction equipment, including Workmaster and PowerStar tractors, at our Salem location at 14 Tunnel Hill Drive.

6. Where can I buy a Polaris near Morgantown or Clarksburg, WV?

Yes. PARCS sells Ferris and Toro zero-turn mowers, along with Kubota and Husqvarna mowing equipment, at our Salem Kubota and Morgantown Kubota stores.

11. Does PARCS sell Husqvarna chainsaws, trimmers, and blowers?

Yes. PARCS carries Husqvarna chainsaws, string trimmers, hedge trimmers, and backpack blowers at PARCS Salem Kubota (87 Wiseman Run) and PARCS Morgantown Kubota (2000 Mid Atlantic Dr).

Browse new and pre-owned inventory at parcs.com. You can filter by brand, category (powersports or equipment), and new or used.

16. Is the inventory on the website current?

Our online inventory is updated regularly, but units can sell quickly. Call the store before you drive in to make sure the unit you want is still available.

17. Can I put down a deposit to hold a unit?

Yes. PARCS accepts deposits to hold a unit. Deposits are refundable, with terms depending on the price of the unit you're purchasing. Your salesperson will explain the terms for your unit.

18. Can I order a model that isn't in stock?

Yes. PARCS can factory-order models and colors from the brands we carry. Factory orders average 6 to 10 weeks.

19. Does PARCS take trade-ins?

Yes. PARCS accepts trade-ins. Use the "Value Your Trade" tool on parcs.com for a quick estimate, then bring the unit in for a final appraisal.

20. How is my trade-in value determined?

Trade-in value depends on the year, model, hours or miles, condition, options, and current market demand. The online tool gives a starting estimate; the final value is set after an in-person inspection.

21. Do you accept trade-ins of other brands?

Yes. PARCS accepts almost any type of trade-in, including tractors, mowers, ATVs, side-by-sides, and other brands we don't sell.

22. Does PARCS sell equipment on consignment?

Yes. PARCS sells equipment and powersports on consignment. The seller's commission is 12% of the final sale price.

23. What are PARCS package deals?

Package deals bundle a tractor with matching implements or accessories at a combined price. See current packages at parcs.com under Showroom > Package Deals.

24. Where can I find current manufacturer promotions?

Current factory rebates and special financing offers from Kubota, New Holland, Polaris, and Can-Am are listed on the Promotions page at parcs.com. Offers change often and have expiration dates.

25. What is a "PARCS Power Price"?

PARCS Power Price is PARCS Superstores' own sale pricing on select new units, shown alongside MSRP so you can see your savings.

26. Do advertised prices include freight, setup, and dealer fees?

No. Advertised prices do not include freight, setup, or dealer fees unless the ad specifically says they are included.

27. Is there a documentation fee?

Yes. PARCS charges a $249 documentation fee.

28. Does PARCS deliver equipment?

Yes. PARCS delivers equipment and powersports for $4.00 per loaded mile.

29. Can I test drive or demo a machine before buying?

Yes. All units can be demoed at the dealership location.

30. What areas does PARCS Superstores serve?

34. What warranty comes with a new machine?

New units come with the manufacturer's factory warranty. Coverage length varies by brand and model. As an authorized dealer, PARCS performs warranty repairs in-house.

35. Does PARCS offer extended service contracts?

Yes. PARCS offers multiple extended service contract options, depending on the manufacturer.

36. Do used units come with any warranty?

Yes, depending on the unit. Ask your salesperson what coverage is available on the used unit you're considering.

37. Does PARCS offer commercial, fleet, or government/municipal pricing?

40. Should I buy a Polaris or a Can-Am side-by-side?

PARCS carries both brands, so you can compare models like the Polaris RANGER and Can-Am Defender for work, or the Polaris RZR and Can-Am Maverick for trail riding, at PARCS Motorsports Morgantown.

41. What's the difference between a utility UTV and a sport UTV?

Utility side-by-sides like the Polaris RANGER and Can-Am Defender are built for hauling, towing, and farm work. Sport models like the RZR and Maverick are built for speed and trail performance.
