1. What parts does PARCS carry?
PARCS stocks genuine OEM parts for Kubota, New Holland, Polaris, Can-Am, Ferris, Toro, Husqvarna, Echo, Shindaiwa, and the other brands we sell, plus aftermarket parts, oils, filters, and maintenance items.
2. Can I look up parts online?

3. How do I find the right part for my machine?
Have your model number and VIN or serial number ready. Our parts team can match the exact part, or you can use the OEM Parts Finder online.
4. How long do special-order parts take?
Depending on availability, most special-order parts arrive in 2 to 5 business days.
5. Does PARCS ship parts?
Yes. PARCS can drop ship parts where applicable, or ship them at the buyer’s expense through USPS or UPS.
6. Can PARCS order parts for brands you don’t sell?
Yes. PARCS has access to most parts through aftermarket channels, including parts for brands we don’t sell.
7. Does PARCS sell aftermarket parts?
Yes. PARCS sells aftermarket parts and accessories from Rough Country, SuperATV, Western Power Sports, Parts Unlimited, and others.
8. What is PARCS’ parts return policy?
Parts may be returned within 30 days with a receipt. Restocking fees may apply.
9. Are special-order and electrical parts returnable?
Special-order parts may be returned within 30 days with a receipt, and a 30% restocking fee applies. Electrical parts cannot be returned.
10. Is a deposit required on special-order parts?
Full payment is required for all special-order parts and any parts not in stock.
11. Does PARCS sell riding gear?
Yes. PARCS carries riding gear and apparel for ATV and side-by-side riders.
12. Does PARCS sell helmets?
Yes. Helmets are available at PARCS Salem (14 Tunnel Hill Dr) and PARCS Motorsports Morgantown (5400 Gateway Dr).

Yes. PARCS will price match parts with proof of the price from another vendor.

28. Are parts covered by a warranty?
Genuine OEM parts carry the manufacturer’s parts warranty. Coverage varies by brand and part.
29. What’s the difference between OEM and aftermarket parts?
OEM parts are made or approved by your machine’s manufacturer to exact specs. Aftermarket parts are made by third parties and often offer more choices and price points. PARCS sells both.
30. Does PARCS sell genuine Kubota parts?
Yes. PARCS is an authorized Kubota dealer and sells genuine Kubota parts.

Yes. PARCS sells genuine New Holland parts for agriculture and construction equipment.

40. Can I pick up a part at a different PARCS location?
Not at this time. Parts must be picked up at the location where they were purchased.
41. Can farmers and businesses buy parts tax-exempt?
Yes. PARCS honors all valid tax exemptions. Bring your exemption certificate so it can be kept on file.
42. Does PARCS offer charge accounts for farms and businesses?
No. PARCS does not offer in-house charge accounts.
43. Can PARCS find discontinued or hard-to-find parts?
Our parts team will search manufacturer and aftermarket supplier networks for discontinued parts, though availability isn’t guaranteed.

45. Does PARCS sell fluids in bulk?
PARCS carries hydraulic fluid, engine oil, and coolant in multiple sizes. Call about bulk quantities.
