Meet the 2027 Can-Am™ Maverick™ X3 X TURBO in Granite Grey—a color that looks right at home under desert sun, forest shade, or parked at the trailhead while everyone “just takes a quick look” (and then keeps staring).
This is a performance-bred sport utility UTV built to turn open space into your playground. At its heart is a turbocharged Rotax® ACE powerplant: a 900cc, 3-cylinder, liquid-cooled, DOHC setup with 12 valves that lays down 135 hp. Hit the button for electric start, feed it regular gas, and let the fuel injection keep things crisp as the scenery blurs.
Power is delivered through a Quick Response System X (QRS‑X) CVT with high/low range and reverse, using a belt drive through the transmission and shaft drive to the wheels. When conditions change, so can you—thanks to selectable 4X2 / 4X4 with four driveline modes, plus a front Smart‑Lok™ differential lock to help you keep pulling when the trail gets slick, loose, or unpredictable. Add power steering controlled by a steering wheel, and the Maverick stays composed when the route turns rough.
Size-wise, it’s planted and purposeful: 132 inches long, 64 inches wide, with a 102-inch wheelbase and a confidence-boosting 14 inches of ground clearance. Underneath, it’s protected where it counts with a front bash plate, a full-length skid plate, and even a CV boot cover for extra peace of mind.
The suspension is ready to play hard—Double A-arm up front with Fox® 2.5 Podium hardware and 20 inches of travel, plus an independent rear setup with TTX design and 20 inches of travel. All four corners roll on 14-inch aluminum wheels wrapped in 30-inch XPS Trac Force knobby tires, with dual hydraulic disc brakes front and rear to rein things in.
Inside, the Granite Grey attitude continues with a focused two-seat cockpit: bucket vinyl seats with headrests, two cupholders, LED lighting, Bluetooth® audio, and mobile app instrumentation.
