At the heart of this Outlaw is a 70cc, single-cylinder, 4-stroke engine with air cooling and an OHV design—built to deliver smooth, predictable power for younger riders who are learning throttle control and trail etiquette. It fires up with an electric start, sips regular gas, and uses fuel injection (22mm injector) for crisp response and easy running. Power is managed through a CVT transmission, with belt drive from the engine to the transmission and a chain to the rear wheel, keeping things simple and consistent.

This machine is designed with peace of mind in mind. A speed governor helps keep the fun at a manageable pace, and with a top speed of 10 mph, it’s tuned for learning, practicing, and building skills—without feeling overwhelming. The 4x2 driveline and solid rear axle add a stable, straightforward feel that’s great for developing rider confidence.

Comfort and control come naturally thanks to a manual handlebar steering setup with rubber grips, plus a one-piece vinyl seat set at a 25.75-inch height.
